1、主要职责 / principal responsibilities
执行预防性维护计划和解决方案；
execute preventive maintenance plan and solution;
完成日常检查和电气设备的维护；
perform routine inspection and maintenance of mechanical equipment;
对紧急情况做出应对反应，确定并解决技术问题；
respond to emergency situations, define and resolve engineering problems;
为减少停机时间执行维护程序，设备故障时采取相应措施，降低维修成本；
execute maintenance procedures to reduce outage time, streamline activities caused by equipment breakdown and reduce maintenance costs;
为维修&维护流程和问题更新文件记录；
keep up-to-date documentation on repair & maintenance procedures and issues;
负责新机器&设备的测试，调试&检查；
be responsible for testing, adjustment & inspection of new machinery & equipment;
由维修主管分配的其他任务。
other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职要求：
最低学历要求：大学或以上学历，机械工程专业；
minimum education requirements: college and above, mechanical engineering
最低资历要求：至少三年以上在制造行业的维修经验（锻造行业优先）；
minimum experience requirements：at least 3 years related maintenance experience in manufacture industry (forging industry is preferable).
基本技能：维护生产设备的经验，很好的掌握机械和液压技术，掌握焊接能力和机械加工能力（钻床，车床，铣床）者优先;
essential skills: experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment’s, good commonsense of mechanics and hydraulics. welding ability and machining ability (drilling machine, lathe, milling machine) is preferable
特别要求：能适应倒班工作，年龄27到40岁之间，有自主学习能力，会英语或德语者优先；
specific requirements：aged from 27 to 40, high willingness and ability to learn, command of english or german is preferable.
