To contribute towards the continuous development and improvement of production with regard to process, quality, working environment and efficiency2. Cooperate with other department to introduce new products new mould regulation and set up instruction for the production3. Make and update work instruction, standard worksheet, VSM, OEE etc.4. Investment analyses during purchasing new equipment. Include related layout change, efficiency increase, productivity improvement etc.5. Driving LEAN manufacturing implementation6. Responsible for shopfloor tools/fixtures optimization7. Other tasks that IE manager assignsWho are we looking for? 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience2. At least 5 years’ experience in sheet-metal manufacturing engineering.3. Familiar with punching, laser cutting, bending process.4.
